Baseball, sports, trucker and promotional caps in cotton twill with embroidery, print and woven patches. It belongs to our activewear, knitwear & caps range, part of the garments & apparel division of Hurain Garments Exporter.
Knitwear is the strength of Tiruppur, Ludhiana and Noida. Track pants, joggers, hoodies and sports jerseys are made on fast circular-knit lines, and caps and headwear are made in Delhi NCR and Mumbai. These products are bought by sports clubs, promotional companies, retailers and wholesalers, and they suit mixed containers with T-shirts and polos.
Most knitwear is decided by fabric: cotton-polyester fleece for hoodies, cotton French terry for track pants, and polyester micro-mesh or interlock for sports jerseys. We specify the fabric weight, shrinkage and colour-fastness up front and test the finished garment.

About our caps
A cap is cheap to ship and easy to brand, which is why it features in so many promotional orders. Delhi NCR and Mumbai units make structured and unstructured caps with precise embroidery, and can add woven patches, rubber badges or leather tags.
The details that separate a good cap from a poor one are crown shape, peak stiffness and embroidery density. We check all three on the first sample, and we pack caps stacked in boxes to protect their shape in transit.
Caps are also an easy add-on to a mixed container of T-shirts, polos and hoodies, giving a buyer a branded accessory range for very little extra freight.

You are not limited to stock designs. We make caps in bulk in the colour you choose, in the sizes and size ratio your customers wear, and in the design you supply. A reference garment, a tech pack, a sketch or even a photograph is enough to start.
How it works: send a Pantone code or fabric swatch for colour and we return a lab-dip; send your size chart and the ratio you want in each carton; send artwork, print, embroidery or label files for the design. We make a sample for approval and then produce the bulk to that approved sample, so the order you receive matches the one you signed off.

Packing & shipping
Garments are folded or hanger-packed in individual polybags with size stickers, packed in ratio cartons (a defined spread of sizes per carton), marked with style, colour and size, palletised on fumigated (ISPM-15) pallets and stretch-wrapped. Compression packing, retail-ready packing, barcodes and private-label hang tags are available.
Payment terms: 50% advance with order confirmation and 50% before dispatch against export documents; L/C at sight can be discussed for larger orders.
