A cap is cheap to ship and easy to brand, which is why it features in so many promotional orders. Delhi NCR and Mumbai units make structured and unstructured caps with precise embroidery, and can add woven patches, rubber badges or leather tags.

Fabrics: cotton twill 240–280 GSM, polyester micro-twill and mesh and brushed cotton and canvas. Sizes: Adjustable with strap, snap or buckle closures; fitted sizes S–XL; kids' sizes. Minimum order: typically 1,000–3,000 pieces per design; 500 pieces for stock colours with simple embroidery. Lead time: 25–40 days.

Best buying window: caps sell strongly in summer, at sports events and in promotional campaigns; winter beanies are ordered by July for the northern autumn.
