Men's Casual & Formal Wear we supply

About men's casual & formal wear

Men's casual and formal wear is the largest single line in India's apparel exports, and the one importers reorder most often. Tiruppur and Ludhiana make knitted T-shirts and polos, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru make denim and woven shirts, and Mumbai and Delhi NCR make trousers and cargo wear. We work with factories in these clusters so a buyer can put jeans, shirts, T-shirts and trousers on one purchase order and one container.

Every style is sampled before bulk. We agree the fabric, wash, fit block, size ratio, label and packing on a pre-production sample, then inspect against that sample at 100% for measurements and visual defects on an AQL basis before the goods are loaded.

As a men's casual & formal wear manufacturer and wholesaler, we supply both stock designs and made-to-order runs. As a supplier and exporter, we consolidate men's casual & formal wear with other products from our garments & apparel range into one inspected, well-packed export shipment.

Jeans: what buyers should know

Denim is the garment that sells in every market we ship to, which is why jeans are usually the first product an importer orders from us. Indian denim mills in Gujarat and Maharashtra weave the fabric, and washing units around Bengaluru, Delhi NCR and Ahmedabad finish it, so the full chain from yarn to washed jean sits within a few days of our loading ports.

Fabrics: 100% cotton denim, 10–12 oz, rigid, 98% cotton / 2% elastane stretch denim, 9–11 oz and cotton-polyester blend denim for lower cost. Sizes: Waist 28–44 inches in even sizes, inseam 30, 32 and 34 inches; EU and US size charts available; kids 2–14 years and women's 26–36 inches. Minimum order: typically 1,200–3,000 pieces per style with a ratio of sizes and up to three washes; smaller trial orders are possible on stock designs. Lead time: 45–60 days from approved sample and fabric; 25–35 days on repeat styles.

Best buying window: denim sells all year, with the strongest buying for autumn and winter in Europe and North America (orders placed March–June) and for back-to-school in Africa and the Gulf (orders placed April–July).

Shirts: what buyers should know

A shirt looks simple, but it carries more construction decisions than almost any other garment: collar shape, interlining, stitches per inch, seam allowance and button quality all show up in how the shirt looks after ten washes. Indian shirt factories in Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Kolkata and Tiruppur are used to supplying European and American brands, and we place orders with units that already pass retail audits.

Fabrics: 100% cotton poplin 100–120 GSM, cotton Oxford and pinpoint weaves and cotton-polyester blend for easy-care shirts. Sizes: Collar 14–18.5 inches or S–3XL, sleeve lengths regular and long; slim, regular and comfort fit blocks. Minimum order: typically 1,000–2,000 pieces per style, with fabric-led minimums of 1,500 metres for yarn-dyed checks. Lead time: 40–55 days from approved sample; 25–30 days on repeat poplin styles.

Best buying window: formal shirts sell year-round with peaks before the new school or business year and before festive seasons; linen blends peak for spring and summer orders placed in November–February.

Printed Shirts: what buyers should know

Printed shirts are the fastest-moving fashion line in warm-weather markets, and designs age quickly. That is why we run small-batch digital printing alongside conventional rotary and screen printing: a buyer can test twenty designs, see which sell, and then reorder the winners in rotary quantities.

Fabrics: rayon challis and viscose twill 100–130 GSM, cotton voile and poplin for printed shirts and cotton-polyester blends for durable prints. Sizes: S–3XL regular fit; relaxed and boxy cuts for resort shirts; kids' printed shirts 2–14 years. Minimum order: typically 1,000–1,500 pieces per design, with minimum 3 colourways; digital printing allows smaller runs of about 300 pieces per design at a higher unit cost. Lead time: 40–50 days including strike-off approval; digital print samples in 7–10 days.

Best buying window: printed shirts sell hardest for spring and summer, beach and resort seasons, and festive weeks; orders for the northern summer are placed October–January.

T-Shirts: what buyers should know

Tiruppur is the world's largest knitwear cluster, and most Indian T-shirts that reach Europe, America and Africa begin there, as yarn spun in Coimbatore and knitted, dyed, cut and sewn within a few kilometres. That compactness is what lets us quote short lead times and consistent prices on cotton jersey.

Fabrics: 100% combed cotton single jersey 160–200 GSM, cotton-polyester blends 150–180 GSM and slub and melange cotton jersey. Sizes: S–3XL unisex and men's; women's XS–XL fitted; kids 2–14 years. Minimum order: typically 1,000–2,000 pieces per colour and style, falling to 500 pieces for stock colours with simple prints. Lead time: 30–45 days including dyeing and print approval; 20–25 days on stock knit fabric.

Best buying window: t-shirts sell round the year in warm markets and for spring-summer in cooler ones; promotional and event T-shirts spike before elections, tournaments and festivals.

Polo T-Shirts: what buyers should know

The polo is the most-ordered uniform garment in the world because it looks smart, washes well and takes embroidery cleanly. Our polo suppliers in Tiruppur and Noida knit pique on circular machines, finish it with a soft compaction, and cut collars and plackets on dedicated lines so the shape stays consistent from the first piece to the ten-thousandth.

Fabrics: 100% cotton pique 180–220 GSM, cotton-polyester pique 200–230 GSM and polyester micro-pique with moisture management. Sizes: S–5XL; women's XS–2XL; kids 4–16 years; relaxed and slim blocks. Minimum order: typically 500–1,000 pieces per colour for stock fabrics; custom shades need about 1,500 pieces. Lead time: 30–40 days including embroidery; 20 days on repeat orders.

Best buying window: polos sell all year as uniforms and in summer as retail wear; golf-season, school-term and corporate-year starts drive reorders.

Trousers & Cargo Pants: what buyers should know

Chinos and cargo pants are the bridge between work and weekend wear, which is why importers keep them in stock in many colours. Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru factories specialise in woven bottoms, using cotton twill from mills in Gujarat and Rajasthan.

Fabrics: cotton twill 220–260 GSM, cotton-elastane stretch twill and polyester-viscose formal suiting. Sizes: Waist 28–46 inches, inseam 30–34 inches; S–3XL for casual cargo; EU and UK waist sizing available. Minimum order: typically 1,000–2,000 pieces per style, with at most three colours per style. Lead time: 45–55 days from approved sample.

Best buying window: chinos and cargo pants peak in spring and autumn in Europe and North America; formal trousers sell around the school, office and graduation calendars.

Men's Casual & Formal Wear made in bulk to your colour, size and design

You are not limited to stock designs. We make men's casual & formal wear in bulk in the colour you choose, in the sizes and size ratio your customers wear, and in the design you supply. A reference garment, a tech pack, a sketch or even a photograph is enough to start.

How it works: send a Pantone code or fabric swatch for colour and we return a lab-dip; send your size chart and the ratio you want in each carton; send artwork, print, embroidery or label files for the design. We make a sample for approval and then produce the bulk to that approved sample, so the order you receive matches the one you signed off.

  • Colour: any Pantone-matched shade or stock colour.
  • Size: any size chart, ratio and carton pack.
  • Design and branding: your own cut, print, embroidery, labels and packaging.

How to choose between our men's casual & formal wear

The men's casual & formal wear on this page are bought for different reasons. jeans (men's), shirts (formal and casual cotton shirts in solids), printed shirts (resort), t-shirts (round-neck), polo t-shirts (cotton pique and cotton-blend polo T-shirts for corporate uniforms) and trousers & cargo pants (cotton chinos). Start from the customers you sell to and the season you are buying for, then choose fabric weight, fit and pack size to match.

Because several of these lines share fabric, factories and shipping, they combine well in one container. Buyers usually pair a fast-moving basic with a design-led line, so that stock turns quickly and the range stays fresh without a large commitment.
